American Road Trip at BluestemMay 15, 2014 @ 11:00 am
What is American Cuisine?
Join us every Thursday as we explore, craft, and celebrate the culinary diversity of our Nation by taking a virtual “American Road Trip”.
As we “visit” a different State each week, we will create a dish influenced by the local ingredients, regional classics, and cultural influences from early settlers — who helped to shape each States’ cuisine.
A small dessert also inspired by the state will follow to complete your dining experience.

A New Bluestem Dinner Series Celebrating the People Who Make It All Possible
Dinner hosted by Chef Francis Hogan & Bill Niman
Saturday, September 20, 2014 | 7:00 p.m.
Rancher’s Table | 10 Seats Available | $85 per person
Bluestem Brasserie is happy to announce Chef Francis Hogan’s Heroes – an intimate dinner series celebrating the ranchers and farmers who inspire the team at Bluestem every day. On Saturday, September 20, Chef Hogan will host the first dinner in the series with Bill Niman, rancher and owner of BN Ranch in Marin County – one of the leaders in quality sourced, humanely raised livestock.
At Bluestem Brasserie, Chef Hogan is committed to working with ranchers and farmers that work in harmony with nature. He is inspired daily by the purveyors that make Bluestem’s commitment to serving the highest quality meats available and BN Ranch’s grass-fed cattle and sustainably raised turkeys are essential in building delicious and innovative menus.
This is the first of many special dinners to come where Chef Hogan and Bluestem will celebrate ranchers, farmers, fishermen, and other thought leaders in the culinary community. Seating for these intimate dinners is very limited – each dinner will be hosted at Bluestem’s Rancher’s Table with a total of 10 seats available alongside the celebrated host of each event.
