Join us every Thursday as we explore, craft, and celebrate the culinary diversity of our Nation by taking a virtual “American Road Trip”.
As we “visit” a different State each week, we will create a dish influenced by the local ingredients, regional classics, and cultural influences from early settlers — who helped to shape each States’ cuisine.
A small dessert also inspired by the state will follow to complete your dining experience.
